Refund policy

At Cosmic Zenergy, all of our products are made to order, ensuring each item is crafted specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our apparel, accessories, and home goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive defective or damaged. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Clothing:

All of our clothing includes a size chart. Please review the chart carefully before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. To process your claim, we require:

1. A detailed description of the issue
2. Photos of the defective or damaged product
3. Your order number

Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
