🫶 A Space Holding Session is a 45-minute one-on-one session where you are fully seen, heard, and supported. This is a safe, judgment-free space to pause, reflect, explore, and be fully present with whatever is alive for you — your thoughts, emotions, or challenges — without pressure to fix or perform.
🫶 If your nervous system has been tired, overwhelmed, or craving support, this is your invitation to come home to yourself. I want you to feel calm, comfortable, and fully supported — no need to prepare or perform. I promise, I’m extremely easy to get along with, and you can show up exactly as you are. We are all perfectly imperfect!
🫶 These sessions are part of an opening phase of my work and are as much about growth and feedback as they are about supporting you.
🫶 This is not therapy, coaching, or romantic in nature — it’s simply a calm, compassionate container where you can be yourself, process your feelings, and feel supported in your journey.
